Peptide Paradigm (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides educational tools and tracking features for individuals interested in peptide research. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Peptide Paradigm mobile application and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

• Account information. Your email address, used to authenticate via a one-time verification code, and an optional display name.
• Health and tracking data you create. Doses you log, inventory you track, journal entries, weight and body metrics, progress photos, and notes. This data is created by you and stored under your account.
• App preferences. Reminder settings, theme, and notification permissions.
• Diagnostic data. Anonymous crash logs and basic performance metrics, used only to fix bugs and improve stability.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity outside the app.

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To save and sync the doses, inventory, journals, and metrics you choose to track.
• To deliver dose reminders and other notifications you have enabled.
• To diagnose crashes and improve the reliability of the Service.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or for training third-party machine learning models.

Account data and tracked entries are stored using InstantDB, our backend database provider. Data is transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections. Authentication tokens are kept securely on your device and are removed when you sign out.

Progress photos and other content you add are stored under your account and are visible only to you, except where you explicitly choose to post content publicly (for example, in community features).

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users or the public.
• Public content you post. If you post in community features, your display name and content are visible to other users.

• Access and export. You can view all data you have entered from within the app.
• Correction. You can edit or delete individual entries (doses, inventory, journals, metrics, photos) at any time.
• Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing dtproperties32514@gmail.com. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
• Notifications. You can disable reminders at any time in the app's Settings or in your device's system settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, and regular security review. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and notify you of material breaches as required by law.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
