How do I sign in?+
Open the app and enter your email. We'll send a one-time verification code. Enter the code to access your account — no password to remember.
I didn't receive my verification code.+
Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a minute, tap 'Resend code' on the verification screen. Make sure the email address is typed correctly.
How do I log a dose?+
From the main Tracker tab, tap the + button, choose the peptide, enter your dose and notes, and save. Your entry appears in your history and counts toward inventory.
Can I edit or delete an entry?+
Yes. Open the entry from your history (doses, journals, metrics, or photos) and use the edit or delete option. Changes are saved immediately.
How do I enable dose reminders?+
Go to Settings → Reminders and toggle on 'Enable dose reminders'. You'll be asked to allow notifications. If you previously denied them, enable them in your device's system settings under Notifications → Peptide Paradigm.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your tracked data is stored under your account and visible only to you, except for content you explicitly post in community features. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?+
Email us at dtproperties32514@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Does the app provide medical advice?+
No. Peptide Paradigm is an educational and personal-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making health decisions.
