PEPTIDE

By creating an account or using the Peptide Paradigm mobile application or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All content in the Service — including peptide descriptions, mechanism summaries, dosing ranges, references, and any calculations — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or a recommendation to use any substance.

Peptide Paradigm does not sell, supply, ship, or facilitate the purchase of peptides or other substances. Vendor links, when present, are educational references only.

Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, therapist, or similar professional relationship. We are not your healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, and you should consult a qualified, licensed clinician before making any health-related decision.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email and any one-time verification codes.
• You agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or attempt to access another user's account.
• Post content in community features that is harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes the illegal sale or distribution of substances.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security or normal operation.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others or to hold yourself out as a licensed clinician through the Service.

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (including journals, photos, and community posts). By posting in public community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the rights to it.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may moderate community features at our discretion.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and curated educational content, is owned by Peptide Paradigm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, no rights are granted to you.

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions or one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing, and renewal are governed by the App Store. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to App Store policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided is complete, current, or accurate. Reliance on any information in the Service is solely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDE PARADIGM AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Paradigm from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
